The goal was to engage fans in playful interactions while highlighting Shake Shack’s commitment to quality ingredients. Snapchat’s innovative AR lenses turned waiting times into fun moments, and a unique shoppable lens allowed fans to purchase limited edition merchandise directly through their phones. The collaboration resulted in unprecedented engagement, with 1.1M fans using the dance lens and 10,000+ browsing the merch store via Snapcodes. Additionally, all sales proceeds were donated to the Fresh Air Fund, making a significant impact.
