Saputo’s Treasure Cave brand, known for its cave-aged blue cheese, partnered with Mars United and AR provider Blippar to create an augmented reality experience exclusively for Harris Teeter stores. The AR campaign, allowed shoppers to scan QR codes in the deli section to explore a virtual cheese cave, learn about the brand’s history, and access coupons. The campaign expanded to other retailers in 2024, coinciding with Super Bowl promotions and in-store demos at Kroger’s Murray’s Cheese counters. Effect created by Blippar x Mars United Commerce .
