Have you ever wanted to be a pirate? Well now you can be with ARrrgh! Treasure. X marks the spot in this AR game. Bury your treasure and get more gold the longer it stays buried. Search for other pirate’s hidden booty, but beware their treasure might be booby trapped. Hide your treasure and steal from your friends in this fun pirate themed game. This game uses several of Lightship’s templates and features to create a seamless experience. Real-time meshing, plane tracking, and the VPS system allow for many levels of interaction. I did want to implement multiplayer for booby trap events, but didn’t have time. I also was not able to create any part of the gameplay aside from what is shown in the video because I do not have a VPS activated wayspot near me. However, the full experience would have included being able to claim a wayspot as your treasure cove and set up defenses for your booty. Other people could then try and steal from you if they come across that wayspot.
