The Ocean Agency, UN Environment Programme, and Adobe launched The Ocean League campaign in 2020 to raise awareness about ocean conservation and climate action through creativity and powerful partnerships. Aiming to engage a broad audience, the campaign used ocean-themed AR Lenses in Adobe’s Photoshop Camera app, encouraging participants to share their creations on social media. Influencers and ambassadors with over 110 million followers supported the initiative. The campaign garnered 81 million impressions, over 2 million likes, and 400,000 lens downloads. The resulting imagery will be displayed at major climate events and UNESCO sites to influence policymakers.
