For Earth Day, adidas, Parley for the Oceans, and Major League Soccer joined forces to raise awareness about marine plastic pollution with a dedicated Snapchat Lens. Trigger XR collaborated with them to develop an immersive World Lens highlighting the ocean’s beauty, featuring a striking 3D whale. The Lens was distributed via a unique Snapcode printed in MLS programs at participating matches and on signs posted throughout each stadium, as well as across MLS social channels. Upon unlocking the Lens, users were greeted with a captivating scene of a giant 3D whale breaching and causing a “big splash” in AR, accompanied by animated text conveying powerful messages like “No Oceans.
